Congregational Development and Revitalization | NCD (Natural Church Development)

Why NCD? Holston Conference leaders were inspired by evidence that
Natural Church Development can help invigorate churches. In the Florida
United Methodist Conference, for instance, 12 churches in Orlando saw
these results in the second year of NCD: Members received by
profession of faith increased 90 percent, compared with a district-wide
decline of 14 percent. The number of persons removed by transfer to other
United Methodist churches decreased 21 percent, compared with a
district-wide increase of 54 percent. Attendance in short-term small
groups increased 75 percent, while other churches in the district
experienced a 16 percent decline.

Help your church get revitalized and inspired. Contact our office for information on how to participate in the NCD program. Take the NCD surveys, and then your coach will help you understand how minimum and maximum factors in the
life of your church can affect it's health and growth!
